
LeAnn Siefferman is a Development Officer with United Arts of Central Florida. She comes to United Arts having worked for several arts organizations across the Southeast, as well as for the City of Orlando's Office for Sustainability and Resilience. As a ceramics artist herself, LeAnn has been a teaching artist and was awarded a ceramics fellowship in 2018 and artist residencies in 2018 and 2020. Passionate about the research-backed role the Arts play in building healthy and resilient communities, LeAnn is dedicated to ensuring all Central Floridians experience the power of self-expression and cultural representation. She spends her days soliciting financial support across the region to fuel and enhance access for all to the rich diversity of arts and cultural experiences in Central Florida.
LeAnn holds a B.A. in Studio Arts from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, a Master’s Certificate in Social Justice from Harvard University, and has studied Theology at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. She lives in Orlando with her husband Jon Busdeker and a menagerie of animals.
