Michael Carman has been in the rail industry for over 28 years working various positions in Class 1 Freight and commuter rail. In his current role as Director of Operations for the Central Florida Rail Corridor, he oversees all Operations, Mechanical, Engineering and Administrative activities for the Florida Department of Transportation. He also works as a consultant on other FDOT rail projects.
